 CLUBHOUSE RENOVATION – The renovation of the Mariners Point clubhouse is nearly complete. The renovation includes the installation of new windows, replacement of rotted siding, painting both the interior and exterior of the building.
Clubhouse Rentals – Rentals are currently suspended until completion. We will post the confirmed completion date when it is available.
Painting – The annual painting is set to begin in the Spring. Here is the schedule of homes to be painted this year.
Pool – The Mariners Point community pool is scheduled to open on Memorial Day weekend. Here is a list of the pool hours and the pool rules.

Mariner's Point is a community of duplex-style homes and townhomes in Annapolis, Maryland. The community has its own pool, clubhouse and a large wooded common area. It is located near Back Creek and convenient to downtown Annapolis
