Important Information (This may continue on next page if printed)
  • Admittance: In order to ensure that only community members (who support the pool through their dues) are admitted to the pool, everyone will be asked to show their pass. There will be no admittance without your pass. 
  • Guest Passes: Two guest passes will be sent to each residence. Guest MUST be accompanied by resident.
  • Homeowners’ Association Dues: You must be a "member in good standing" of the Association to get passes.
  • All Association dues must be paid up-to-date before passes will be issued. 
  • Pool opens Memorial Day weekend, Saturday, May 24, 2008.
  • Getting Your Pass: Mail this application to Mariner’s Point Community Association, Attn: Pool Application, PO Box 579 Stevenson, MD, 21153.
