Stain Colors: Community members have asked for the exterior paint & stain colors of their houses so that they can periodically touch up the siding or trim. The buildings have weathered over the years and the colors have changed as a result. Trim Color: McCormick Exterior Latex Semi-Gloss paint; the color is ("Wheat")
