Stain Colors: Community members have asked for the exterior paint & stain colors of their houses so that they can periodically touch up the siding or trim. The buildings have weathered over the years and the colors have changed as a result. If you need to touch up the stain on your house, please call the property manager at 1-888-730-5110 (Toll-Free) for more information.

Trim Color: McCormick Exterior Latex Semi-Gloss paint; the color is ("Wheat")
