Mariner's Point is located just inside the City of Annapolis on Back Creek between the Bay Ridge area and the Eastport area of Annapolis.
The homes are duplexes with private entrances, two or three bedrooms, high ceilings in many areas and generally 2-3 bathrooms. The homes have a comfortable contemporary feel and have both back and front yards. The community was built in the 1980's. Many of the homes border the woods and enjoy privacy.
There are 267 homes in the Mariner's Point Community Association – 163 are in Mariner's Point and 104 in Mariners Landing
(a townhome community on the opposite side of Edgewood Road). Mariners
Landing owners are also members of the Mariner's Point Community
Association.
The Mariners Point common areas are around the pool and clubhouse. They are maintained by the Mariner's Point Community Association.
The pool is open to all community members and their guests (certain limitations apply). The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend in May to the weekend after Labor Day in September on weekends and after school. Once schools are closed, it is typically open for 8-10 hours everyday, except during bad weather. The clubhouse is used for community activities including
community social events, meetings and children's activities. It
is available for rental by members of the Association for parties.
(Certain restrictions and limitations apply.)
Mariner's Point
Community Association dues vary depending on painting reserve participation. (More information about Mariners Point dues)
