Point Clubhouse Rules
Recently the clubhouse interior was entirely repainted. In order to ensure
the interior is kept in this beautiful newly painted condition, the clubhouse
walls will be very carefully inspected after your party.
- Tacks, nails, tape or other types of adhesive on the clubhouse walls
are not permitted. This includes placement of banners, signs, balloons,
or other decorations.
- If any marks, blemishes, or holes from your party are detected on the
walls after your party, a deduction will be taken from your security deposit
for repair and painting of the damaged area.
- Remove all balloons, signs, posters, and any other decorations.
- No tape or tacks, pens can be used as this damages paint, walls.
- All helium balloons must be removed as these activate motion detectors/burgler alarms. (CAUTION: Do not allow helium balloons to escape up into the high cathedral ceiling, since it will be difficult to retrieve)
- All decorations, balloons, signs, etc must be removed from the Clubhouse
decks, gazebo, parking lot, and exterior signs and signposts.
- If the fireplace is used, and is not thoroughly cleaned, $50.00 will
be deducted from your security deposit. If you plan to use the fireplace
you must wait until the following morning to remove all ashes/embers from
the premises. Do not attempt to remove smoldering embers. No water can
be poured on ashes. This causes the refractory panels to crack which would
cost you $550 to replace.
- Any balloons must be anchored with paperclips, rubber bands, etc., to
avoid floating to vaulted ceiling. It is very important to remove all
balloons before leaving; otherwise, balloons, especially helium balloons,
activate the security alarm.
- All trash must be tightly secured in outside trash containers. Any overflow
trash that cannot be secured in outside containers must be removed from
the property.
- Check all doors and windows a second time to ensure that they are locked.
If any vandalism is the result of failure to comply with this request,
or a result of failure to set the security alarm properly, you will be
held liable for all damages and/or theft.
- After your event, please return the Clubhouse key to:
Christy Stevens, Community Association Management, P.O. Box 579, Stevenson, MD 21153. Should you have any questions regarding the
Clubhouse, please call 1-888-730-5110 (Toll-Free).
Thank you very much for your cooperation in keeping the Clubhouse well
maintained. We hope
you enjoy using the Clubhouse for your party.
